Halloween Fun: What Do You Give to Trick-Or-Treaters? {Milky Way Giveaway}

Tuesday, October 18, 2011 Leave a Comment

Yesterday, I let you guys in on the FANTASTIC time we had at my daughter's Halloween Themed birthday party. The kids were so excited at all the games we played and, for me, it was fun to see each child walk in with a different costume. Not only that, but we had so many sweet treats, it was unbelievable.

One particular treat everyone couldn't get enough of was the NEW Milky Way Simply Caramel candy bars. Oh.My.Sweet.Chocolate.Goodness. Have you tried them? If you like the classic Milky Way bars, you'll LOVE these and you KNOW I'm going to give some away, right?

Okay, so let's get down to business and talk about Halloween Candy. What do you usually give out to your Trick-Or-Treaters? Do you go the healthy route with fruit, crackers, or pretzels? Do you go the elaborate route and create BIG treat bags full of different kinds of candies? My Mom does that. Trick-Or-Treaters LOVE her.

Or do you go the chocolate goodness route? I love the chocolate houses. In fact, we might circle the block and hit them up for more. Just sayin'.

Well, this year, if you're up for chocolate goodness Milky Way has introduced a new candy bar Simply Caramel. It's just like the Milky Way bars you've come to love except there nothing but caramel inside. Smooth. Sweet. Caramel.

We arranged them in small containers for the party and threw them in a big bowl. Each were devoured equally, but we also have some left over for our Trick-or-Treaters. I'm guessing we'll be the chocolate house this year.

Buy It:

Look for NEW Milky Way Simply Caramel at your local grocer in the candy or Halloween aisle. Prices vary. Visit www.milkywaybar.com for more information.

Win It!

One lucky Momma Findings reader will win a Milky Way Halloween Prize Pack that includes:

  • Halloween Tote Bag
  • 2 bags of the new Simply Caramel Fun Size
  • 2 bags of the classic Milky Way Fun Size

    I always forget about the milky way! Such a good candy bar. My husband and I vary when it comes to halloween candy each year. We usually have some fillers (ie sweet tarts and things like that) and buy some snickers, 3 musketeers, and others I can't think of.
