Hispanic Heritage Month has proved to be full of family events. From Birthday parties, to dinners, and back to a games of Mexican Bingo con la familia. My cup overflows from all the great food and awesome memories we're making for my children. In fact, we've been having so much fun that my Papi turns to me and my sister and says, "I want you two to do something for me. I want you to help me plan a Family Reunion for June."
Looking at each other, my sister and I KNEW that would take lots of time, lots of organization, and LOTS of funds. We have une grande familia and funding the entire thing would be impossible. Smuckers, a brand I've come to love in the mornings with my babies, has families like mine in mind, as they unroll the Smuckers Recipe and Essay Contest putting family reunions center stage for Hispanic Heritage Month.
