Countless times, I've told you guys how we're a HUGE VeggieTales fan. Since my 9-yr-old was a toddler, we've collected every VeggieTales release on, either VHS or DVD, and have enjoyed sharing with friends, play groups, and church classes along the way. Here at Momma Findings I've brought you guys lots of VeggieTales excitement with reviews and giveaways, right? I mean, you can't forget my little SweetPea singing the VeggieTales theme song, right?

Thanks to Big Idea Entertainment, Momma Findings got the exclusive sneak peek of VeggieTales LIVE Sing Yourself Silly BEFORE it hits stores on June 7th 2011. When I showed my 4-yr-old he insisted we put it in the DVD player right away.


Boy, he was NOT prepared at what he was seeing, a LIVE show! He was expecting a regular animated show, like all his other VeggieTales DVDS, but he was thrilled to see there was REAL people on stage and REAL people were watching in the audience.

Don't get me wrong, we've BEEN to a LIVE show before. I mean, just a few months ago we "moved it moved it" at Madagascar LIVE, but this was different. To be able to watch a LIVE show with our favorite VeggieTales characters together on the couch was beyond fun. Plus, they count down our favorite VeggieTales songs, like The Hairbrush Song.

Final Findings:

After watching VeggieTales LIVE on DVD, my little guy asked if we could put in another VeggieTales DVD, renewing his curiosity to learn more about God and the VeggieTales characters. Definitely a great way to introduce other children to the Lord in a fun, silly, way.
