Oh, how I love me some Valentine's Day. I mean, you DID see my Wordless Wednesday this week, right? The candy aisle at Walgreens made me swoon just by the display of the heart shaped chocolate candy boxes. Each year, as this Holiday comes closer, I usually indulge in purchasing my favorite candies, cookies, and even flowers. "I" buy them myself because, in all honesty, I love the WHOLE Valentine's Season, not just the day. I don't think it's fair to make my husband by me sweets the whole month of February, right?
That being said, if you're looking for a sweet Valentine's gift for that special someone, look no further than Donsuemor Heart-Shaped Madeline cookies...err.. cakes.. uh.. brownies? Oh my goodness, these things are so good, they are in a class all their own.
About Donsuemor Cookies:
Momma Findings:
So, I my friends at Donsuemor sent me my very own box of heart-shaped cookies. I feel like drooling all over again. I was not at ALL expecting what I got. Upon opening the package, I showed my husband the tiny, individually wrapped packages inside and he says, "Brownies?"
No cookies.
I think.
Mini cakes?
Nevertheless, these baked goods made it into our mouths and I was kind of in a "Mini Heaven" kinda moment. You've got to understand how much I love chocolate and when you use it to dip these light, fluffy, Madeline cookies into? Well it's totally won me over. If these chocolate dipped cookies asked me out on a date? I'd totally buy a new dress, do my hair, and say a yes ten times over.
Like that?
I knew you would.
In all seriousness, I like that these sweet cookies are paired together and individually wrapped in an elegant box. The particular variety package I received had both chocolate and vanilla cookies and hand-dipped in white chocolate or chocolate coating.
Momma Improvements:
Donsuemor cookies are sold in so many places, yet... I haven't seen them ANYWHERE near me. Maybe because I live in a small (well not that small) Texas town? Either way, there aren't a lot of whole food stores or Trader Joe's so I'm left ordering online. How awesome would it be if we could buy these at grocery stores like Kroger or H-E-B?!
Final Findings:
I'm all about Valentine's Day. I'm all about the chocolate. Even more? I'm all about being showered with chocolate on one of my favorite holidays. Donsuemor Heart-Shaped cookies are perfect for that exact reason.
Buy It:
Donsuemor premium baked goods are sold in national, regional and local coffee houses, leading retail chains, including Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods Markets and Andronico’s, and specialty and natural foods stores. Prices Vary, however, the box of Heart Shaped Madeline cookies retail for the suggested price of $20.00.
You can even purchase a few Donsuemor Sampler Packs
at Amazon.com!
Donsuemor Ideas:
When I was munching on these cookies, I was thinking Man! You can create so many things with these suckers. They are THAT good. So, here's a great one for Cranberry Swirl Cheesecake:

This post made possible by Donsuemor and representing PR agency, who provided me with samples to facilitate this review. Opinions stated are, solely, my own and never wavered by products received, nor compensated unless stated. In short? I won't tell you I like it if I don't.
