We've started
Potty Training my son on his 3rd Birthday. He shows signs of readiness, but he also shows signs of laziness. It's like pulling teeth to get this boy to walk to the bathroom. So, I've been looking for new and fun ways to get him excited.
I mean, the reward chart, treasure chest, and Cheerio in the toilet can only go so far, right? Don't get me wrong, all of those methods work. They've worked with my other two children and they are awesome incentives, but I need something else. Something with a little UMPH! Something that speaks to my child and relates to what he sees every day. Know what I mean?
Today, children are more technologically advanced. I mean, my son, who JUST turned 3, knows his way around my laptop, my digital camera, my iTouch,
iPhone Apps, and my Blackberry like nobody's business. He sees me use these gadgets every day and has taken to them as his every day normal.
