Last week, I let you guys in on the chaos that transpires in our house. I'm on a mission to calm the storm each day by finding meal-time solutions for not only myself, but you guys as well. I've been working with both Tyson and Libby's to inspire me at providing an environment that creates a meaningful family time during meals. In order to do that, however, I've got to utilize, both my time in the kitchen and flavors I set on the table.
Tyson Chicken Nuggets are a staple in our freezer. When I can't think of something to cook, I know that the kids will love nuggets paired with either a salad or vegetables for dipping. Some days I even break that "Healthy Momma Rule" and make fries. You'll soon learn that french fries are my FAVORITE food on earth. No Joke. So, What do you do when your kids are tired of the same ole', same ole'? Well, I went out on a limb and tried an Asian Inspired, yet Kid-Friendly, meal. Do you think they liked it?

Fun & Helpful Hints:
I'm not sure about you guys, but my kids are hesitant to try new foods. That's why this meal works perfect because they can see their favorite chicken nuggets and are willing to try it. If you think your kids may be like mine here a few ways to have fun:
Final Findings:
I made this meal under 20 minutes, including prep time. I absolutely LOVE having more time with my kids at the table instead of cooking in the kitchen. They can even help you cook it. My 8-yr-old son put the nuggets on the cooking pan. My 6-yr-old daughter measured out the rice and put in microwave and my 3-yr-old son got to smother the nuggets in the sauce. Voila.
Buy It:
You can purchase Tyson Chicken Nuggets and the above ingredients at most grocery stores nation wide. Prices vary.
How do you mix favorites with new flavors? I'd love to hear your ideas and recipes. Also, don't forget to send over your tip on how to get families Back to the Table. One winner will receive a Libby's Prize Pack. You can also contribute to my virtual food drive. Every little bit counts when feeding the hungry.
This post made possible by Tyson Foods Inc. who provided me with a gift card to purchase chicken nuggets in order to facilitate this review. Although opinions stated are, solely, my own I am, however, compensated for my time and effort.

- Use Chopsticks: Yes, my children have NO idea how to use them, but it's fun to learn together at the table, but keep forks on hand.
- Make Fortune Cookies: I have NO idea how to make these, but I make a batch of cookies for dessert and hid a fun fortune saying underneath the cookie on their plate. Makes for fun after meal conversation.
- Introduce other Asian Flavors: I made a salad and instead of using, our usual, Ranch dressing, I used a Ginger Salad Dressing by Makoto. You can find it easily at Walmart and other grocers. Kids LOVED it.

Thanks Jill. I was surprised at how much the kids liked it thinking to myself, "Why didn't you do this before?!"
