So, there's this Calendar. It's kinda.. umm... well hot. I'm not talking the hottest babes in swimsuits or firefighters half naked. I'm talking the hottest of hot. I'm talking some of the most influential people in this land we call "The Blogosphere".

Yes, Yes. I said it. Talent, wit, and the fact that we can type 300 words a minute, puts bloggers into a whole other level of hotness. I mean, everyone loves Geeks. Geeks are hot! Am I the only one? All kidding aside, Social Media has it's own realm of celebrities and the Hot Blogger Calendar is rolling them all into a one-stop-shop of goodness.


There has been a little confusion on why I want to be included in this Calendar. I'm trying NOT to convey the notion that I'm vain. If you talk to my best friend, who happens to be one of the Hot Bloggers for 2011, she'll be the first to tell you I struggle with self confidence and have HUGE body image problems.

So, I'm going to take the route of possibly being funny, quirky, outgoing, determined, focused, great Momma, and I have this freakishly awesome talent of yes....... typing 1,000 words a minute. Okay, a little exaggeration, but, nevertheless, I rest in the fact that God gave me a gift. That gift happens to move my fingers at crazy rates of speed all to type another blog post for all of you amazing people.

I can't sing. I can't draw. I can't cook very well, but dammit I can type! I owe it all to my boring, monotoned, typing teacher in 9th grade. I conquered that typewriter like nobody's business! Wow, times have changed.

Anyhow, I'm writing this post to ask all of you beautiful people if you could possibly throw a vote my way. All the proceeds go to the American Red Cross, so in reality you're putting efforts towards philanthropic good. Of course, I greatly appreciate any help you can throw my way!
