My Grandfather passed and I didn't get to say good-bye. As I prayed, I went through all the range of feelings: Sadness, Shock, Fear, and Anger
When he finally passed I felt a sense of Peace and Calmness, almost happiness that he was no longer in Pain and dancing in the Streets of Heaven.
But. I'm not well. I won't be blogging, emailing, or answering calls for the rest of the week. ..... maybe longer. I'm motionless as I worry about my family.
So.. Please pray for us as we go through this rough time. Pray for peace and understanding. My sister got a scary call yesterday from HER Dr. so please, PLEASE pray for her health as well.
You and your family will be in my prayers.

Sara, I'm so, so sorry for your loss. Both my grandma and grandpa are dying of cancer right now, and I'm terrified I won't get to say goodbye either. I wish I could reach over and give you a great big hug! You know where to find me if you ever want to chat.

I'm so sorry to read about this, my grandfather passed a few years ago and it's still such a touchy situation in our family emotion wise.
I will pray for peace and most importantly, understanding during this difficult time!

So sorry for your loss. I too, have had some tough losses in my adult life including my brother, father and grandmother, all within two years. It is hard, but time does heal. I will be praying for your family. God Bless.

I wish I could think of the perfect thing to say, but words always escape me when I need them most. I am so sorry for your loss. I know that when we are depressed (I've suffered with it for years) that we don't want to continue with tasks. You must continue to do these things. Not only will they help you stay focused, they will also give you a small feeling of control in a time when you feel so powerless. Don't stop blogging, just check in a little each day.
