Yesterday, I posted a picture of my Sweet BIG, STRONG boy, Rudy and got a few comments that made me think Hmm.. Really? Does he look like a girl in this picture?
I mean, he IS wearing his water suit to help him float in the pool, but dainty? Girlish? He is not. Check it out:

So, it has driven me to compile my Top Ten 10 Reasons My Son is Not a Girl:
10.) He loves Sports
9.) He works hard at washing the car
8.) He wears a baseball cap like a Pro
7.) He can't eat without getting it all over himself

6.) He knows how to work underneath the hood of a car

5.) He's not afraid of Heights
4.) He loves to watch TV
3.) He likes to be waited on when he's sick
2.) He loves a good Gun fight
1.) And the top reason he is, definitely, not a girl? He loves his Momma too much!

Still convinced he may be a girl?

Too funny! People always called my oldest a girl when he was little...and he didn't have long hair or anything else that would make you think he was a girl. I decided to take it as a complement, because I figured that just meant he was really cute!
Yikes! Once of those was me...I'm so sorry! People still sometimes call my two year old girl a boy, despite the head to toe pink, and it drives me bananas! I'm so sorry I did the same thing to you! You are right though...after seeing all those pictures, he's TOTALLY all boy!
That's all boy to me!!
Loved your post...jumped to your blog from Bring the Rain. HAD to comment because I too have a sweet but strong (willed) boy named RUDY! There's not too many of them out there...ours is named after his grandpa and great grandpa. Take care!
Love,

so funny- speaking as a mom of four little girls, he is definitely a boy. and a cute one!
Take it from a mom of 5 sons--he's a boy! Boys don't play with Barbies (unless they have sisters), don't play with their hair, and don't wear bows! Bows come with ability to make all kinds of weapon sounds, know innately that cowboy boots go with cowboy hats, go topless in pools, and know how to make their moms feel like the most loved mom in the world!
No girl would have a boy haircut! The best word choice for this situation is "taken aback." Yes, I would definitely have been "taken aback" if someone had labeled any of my boys as a girl!
Looks and sounds ALL boy to me. Even though I don't know what boys are....hmmm.
LOL! Too funny!! I think he is the most handsome boy ever!
What a handsome little man you have! He looks just like a boy to me. I love the picture of him washing the car!
Oh HE is just too cute! I love the one of him washing the car! Handy little guy to have around!
This is a great post!
